Dr. Bonilla is hands down the most wonderful ENT! He took great care of my little one during his surgery. I can’t recommend him enough! God bless him and his entire practice! You can feel the love he has for his patients, and that’s something that I’ve never seen before in a doctor!
Dr. Bonilla is hands down the best ENT! We was so kind and listened to our concerns. He was very attentive to the needs of my 1 year old and even engaged him in the exam room. My son went straight to him. Dr. Bonilla placed tubed in my sons ear and now we are using him again to perform a tonsillectomy. I recommend him to everyone.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! The Good We like Dr. Bonilla as a doctor. The Bad Everything else. The situation prompting this NEGATIVE review: My child was seen on 8/7/19. We were informed that a prescription would be sent to pharmacy after being asked for the preferred pharmacy 2 or 3 times. Went to pharmacy - no prescription. Called back - office won't send it in, they mailed it - put stamps on it and everything they said. Really stamps and snail mail in 2019! As of this writing, we have not received said prescription in the mail.... read more
We came for over a year to this Dr and tried the little small things he wanted us to try only for him to tell us to get a second opinion. So we do and while we did not like the other group we came back to Dr bonilla to discuss. Dr bonilla basically over booked and over worked says we are shopping doctors, even though second opinion was his idea and basically all but pushes us out the door. My wife is crying- just unprofessional. Just been skipping us along to make room for more patients
Dr.Bonilla and staff are beyond words! So pleased with him. They were easy to deal with and very kind.
Appointment dates are hardly available bc of being overbooked making it hard to make it in for office visits. Staff AND Doctor were very rude. Always felt rushed at appointments, like the doctor was already ready to just move on to the next patient. Barely examined my son and before automatically saying he needed surgery. Will never return or recommend this doctor to others.
