Have been a patient for many years, experience went down hill each visit. Reception was always kind and I did like the hygienist I had, but after she left I dreaded going to the dentist, rough cleaning, rushed fillings. Finally decided to switch dentists after I was scared into buying a product to “save my teeth from falling out”, I’ve never cried after an appointment until then. Don’t recommend
Dr. Lui saw me as a new patient with work that was time sensitive. She was very patient, accommodating and kind. You can tell from the first interaction that she truly cares for each patient. Oddly, looking forward to my next appointment.
Friendly environment always going above and beyond for me, I appreciate their clean healthy services
Any time I have had a tooth problem Dr.Lui has been great in fixing the tooth even in an emergency thanks to all the team for helping me
What an amazing staff and experience. I called in with an emergency (pain so bad all I could do was cry) and they were more than willing to accommodate. I got there (as a first time client ) with an ice pack on my face that was melted and was promptly offered a frozen water bottle to switch with. The dentist was amazing. She listened to my previous poor experiences at two other dental offices and seemed to be the first to take my pain and concerns seriously.
