Dr. Joven and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend. Very friendly and personable staff and Doctor Joven very down to earth treats you with respect, kindness and so personable. Through all my years and all my different visits with doctors I have to say he's one of the best doctors I've ever had the pleasure of being seen by
Front desk does not listen to messages. Dr Garcia is great but they never answer the phone. Never answer messages till week or so later it’s ridiculous
I went to Dr Garcias office for my appt. His PA looked at my wound on my right ankle. She said I needed antibiotics. She never sent a prescription to my pharmacy. Bad service. When I call his office nobody ever answers the phone.
