Nicola Thackwell might be one of the worst counsellors I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. She shamed me more than she expressed empathy for me. If tough love, criticism, and shaming are what you respond to in a therapeutical setting, then by all means, book an appointment with Nicola. Otherwise, steer clear.
