The date today is 8/23/2021. My ER experience was: 7/26/2010; I was seen in the ER by Dr. J. Friedlander for what was, eventually, diagnosed as severe GERD. I didn't know my diagnosis, was scared and confused and didn't know what was going on at the time, but 21 years later, as I told my sister, who is an ER nurse at another Dignity Health facility, I recalled the degrading and humiliating treatment I got from this doctor.
