I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I went in person to make an appointment with Dr. Joshua Tang back in April. The receptionist (an older lady) had an extremely poor attitude. It was honestly the worst front desk experience I have ever had, and I still don’t understand what I did to be treated that way. Maddening Wait, But Worth It for the Care I have very mixed feelings. I was furious today after waiting for over an hour past my appointment time. The waiting experience is consistently poor due to how popular and detailed the doctor is with each patient. That said, once I saw him, all my anger faded. Dr. Tang is fantastic—his thoroughness is why he's so busy. The quality of care is exceptional.
