I get the feeling they don't like UnitedHealthcare. The staff is terrible. I've never had a doctor ass not to ask for a refill for a gut medicine I thought United healthcare changed the medicine cuz that's what they do all the time so I've been 3 weeks without a gut medicine just finding out why I have chronic diarrhea only to find out that the doctor asked not to be asked for refill
Dr Starr is a very good Doctor, kind very knowledgeable helpful. But the staff is not helpful different rules on different days it’s a mess.
Being an African American woman, it has been HARD to find a PCP that actually listens and cares about my issues. He is a great Dr. I recommend Dr. Starr if you’re seeking a kind and caring doctor who listens and acts in your favor.

Dr. Starr replaced my former PCP several years ago and has done a great job filling the role! He is a wonderful primary care physician. Highly recommended!
