I have had nothing but excellent care from the providers at ENT and Allergy Associates. I saw Dr. Group for years until I needed surgery at which time I was moved to Dr. Weiss. His handling of my surgery and aftercare has been expectational. The office is very responsive and easy to deal with.
I’ve been considering writing this for almost a year, but ultimately decided I would want to know this as a patient. I came to Dr. Weiss’ office with sudden hearing loss - terrified, but informed. I had experienced this once before, and thanks to immediate treatment (by a doctor in another state) with steroid injections, I fully recovered. I knew time mattered this time, and I acted quickly. Great doctor. Unfortunately the staff, specially the manager not up to the same level. My husband wrote a review and because it does not rate the experience high, it doesn’t show in the reviews. What are then reviews for?
Competent and thorough.Very helpful by ruling out a suspected condition. Went the extra mile to check previous tests. 100% pleased and had a nice demeanor.
At the beginning of my treatment I was so nervous however after my first visit at Dr Weiss office I realized that I had to trust him , he is very calm he took the time to listen to my concerns. Now here I am happy with better hearing Thanks God for the good Doctors 😊
