Dr. Mitchell has been absolutely wonderful. He explains everything so clearly and thoroughly, making sure we fully understand each step of the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, shows genuine care and compassion for our baby. From the very first visit, we felt confident and reassured by his approach. He came highly recommended to us, and we now completely understand why. We trust him wholeheartedly and are grateful that he will be performing our son’s cochlear implant surgery.
For the first time in years I felt like a doctor listened, actually listened to my concerns. I am so thankful that we found Dr. Mitchell. The only regret I have is that we didn't find him sooner.
