Dr. Downie is absolutely amazing! Not only is his bedside manner superb but he is very knowledgeable in his field and conveys his knowledge in an easy to understand manner. His nurse is wonderful and has such great personality! Hillary has walked me through the entire nose procedure I'm having done and I feel more than comfortable having it done now. I will update this review once my surgery is complete.
I'd strongly advise against using this practice. My appointment was delayed two hours and then I get hot with a $200 charge because they couldnt process my insurance. It has now been over 3 weeks and they keep making excuses for why they haven't filed my claim with insurance.
Dr. Downie is very good ENT. He performed my sinus surgery and it was great
Dr. Downie is very straightforward and really makes things clear in a way that I could understand. He helped simplify what seemed complicated and came up with an easy treatment plan that worked well, highly recommended.
