Dr. Ball has done multiple procedures on my family and I have been so pleasantly surprised with his wonderful bedside manner and professionalism! He did not take much time and it did not hurt at all. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing radiology testing or procedures!
Did not wait for my area to be numb from lidocaine shot before proceeding to do 2 biospys on each side of the neck. I told him it was hurting and was not numb. He stated that I would be fine. Repeatedly talking to ultrasound tech about how slammed they were. I was treated badly by ultrasound tech and radiologists because they having a bad day. Ultrasound tech tried to talk me into rescheduling sighing "why are we even doing this today"
