I initially had a good experience here but ended up leaving, partly because of the location but more importantly because I had some red flag lab results that were essentially dismissed because of incorrect assumptions and ended up being very important in diagnosing something new.
Great experience with Dr. Katz and the staff at Elliot Lewis Center. The providers are very knowledgeable. It is nice to have a team that is dedicated solely to MS and related diseases outside of a large hospital institution. Outside of the bureaucracy of a large hospital system I am able to much easier get in touch with my doctor, manage insurance issues, schedule infusions, and get answers in a timely manner.
My experience with Dr. Katz has been exceptional. He has taken so much time to listen and share information on a scary diagnosis. He has involved my family to educate them. There is no “red tape” to talk to the doctor - he is always available for help and consultation. Additionally, his staff are happy, helpful and run the office superbly. I had a previous experience with a horrible Dr and his staff . I am so grateful I found Dr. Katz!
Dr Katz is the absolute best!! For every problem/concern I’ve had, I email Dr Katz about it and he replies very quickly. A few times he’s even called me! I’ve never heard of any Dr that does that. So reassuring. He’s amazing!!
Dr Katz Theres really not enough kind things to say. He listen to me asked questions followed up and became a support. He is very knowledgeable and is very active in the health community. I cant say I would go to anyone other than him after for this change in my life. Thanks Dr Katz and the Team!
