DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE. I saw Dr. Holden for one annual checkup and one IUD replacement in 2023. And despite hours of phone calls including one 3 hour 3 way phone call with them and my insurance provider, I am still receiving texts every few months stating I have a balance with Westside Family Medicine. I don’t. My insurance covered it all at the time of care. Wow, I am so happy I made an appointment with Dr. Holden. After what has seemed like an endless search for a doctor who will really ~listen~, I walked away from my appointment at ease and finally felt like I was in good hands. He was kind, empathetic, and knowledgable with my unique medical condition. I have finally found an ally after many years of disappointing gynecology experiences. Highly recommend!
