The worst treatment here everyone is rude, no one cares They told us there would be no co-pay at the time but now four months later they’re charging us for all the appointments fat co-pays We’re trying to switch but they are holding our paperwork hostage wth kind of corrupt place is this?!
Wife had a god-awful experience, So we switched to true ob (which was sooooo much nicer and more pleasant) But in order to switch, you need to transfer your medical history, but this office would not give up our history. They would not give them our documents. We had to harass them for a month straight, and even then they gave a few minimal documents. Put us through hell because we switched. Just disgusting.
