Scam—Stay Away. I called to inquire about a procedure and was asked to leave a $1,500 deposit, with the reassurance that I could schedule later. After doing more research and reading several troubling reviews, I decided not to move forward and contacted them soon after to cancel. They refused to return the deposit. Completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
Arrived at the office and it was rolling with other patients. Right off the bat I expected a very long wait. I was called back after 5 minutes, the Dr came in the room 5 minutes later and I was out the door from check in to physically out the door in less than 30 minutes. Was very happy with the Dr. Calling the office on the other hand is a very long hold time.
