I had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room before I was ushered into an interior room where I waited for Dr. Loew for another 20 minutes. Dr. Loew was totally unprepared for my visit. He knew nothing about my case history, which he sat reading the whole time I was sitting beside him, and he actually had the gall to act annoyed that I asked him any questions.
