I had a duodenal switch procedure w/ Dr. Roller on 04/24/24. BEST experience, hands down, that I could have asked for. My surgery, care afterwards, and healing went flawlessly. Dr. Roller's expertise and experience are the reason that I sought him out, as I travelled from Ohio to have surgery with him. I am very glad that I did! I honestly wish when talking to them they would explore more options with you with weight loss instead of telling me that the Switch was the way to go. I did watch the orientation film and I did discover about other options. But I feel as if I didn’t have a choice and they shoved just in option at me. Also the dietician need to explain the diet further down the road instead of the first 2 weeks after surgery. Because if I knew more from the dietician instead of the first 2 weeks I would have honestly turned the surgery down.... read more
