very disappointed…Quoted me a set amount for my Cataract Surgery and then on the day of Surgery, I was charged 35% more than they quoted me. Don’t trust their written quote!
I took my uncle to Horizon Eye for a cataract exam. He paid for laser surgery even though he didn’t understand. Later we canceled the surgery and they sent him a check. He had Alzheimer’s and had no idea he had a check.after he passed away I found the check. I asked them to rewrite the check. The lady in the billing told me to send a copy of my paperwork and the check so I did. She said it wasn’t enough. It was enough for Wellsfargo and the IRS.
