absolutely ridiculous. They booked 10 people for an 8 am appointment, and i didn’t get in until an hour after my appointment time, and they were not very nice AT ALL. I could literally hear them gossiping about us while we waited
Been going there for over 25 yrs and today I was refused service because they didn't want to do anymore repairs claiming I will never be happy with my Partial. It's pinching my tongue and the front tooth doesn't match the other. They already put a crown in my mouth that looked nothing like the shape of my original tooth. It was more rectangular square but now it's more rounded. I was spoken to very rudely by one of the lab workers and accused of breaking my partial on purpose for all they knew...WHAT?!!
