If I can make it to a neurologist with the neck pain and pain into my skull with a "normal" "no rush" referral I'll change back to a higher rating. Been dealing at least 3 years. Lost confidence in my treatment by many of my doctors especially OrthoNY. Not sure about Carlson, after my last two appointments. Hopefully if I make it through this, I may reconsider who I see. I feel he's an exelent Primary Care Doctor! He take the time to listen to your issue and not try to rush you out the door like some other doctors. He'll take the time to point out issues like with my bloodwork on his laptop and give me advice on how to improve. Great Doctor. Wish there were some other good different types of doctors in Amsterdam but they're hard to find in this area....

I have been seeing Dr. Carlson since 2014, followed him from Clifton Park to Schenectady and now to Amsterdam, it is about an hr drive but he is worth every mile. He has always listened to what I have to say, he explains everything in great detail and never do I feel rushed. He is a very caring compassionate man. He has personally called me on results from blood work and other issues, which is unheard of in most cases. I see him routinely. I always recommend him.
