Dr Drake is good and gentle. The billing department is not kind. I called my insurance about copay, I was put on hold and next thing I was on 3way call with billing at Dr Drakes office. I asked why my copay didn't show up on my app. I got yelled at immediately by billing personal. She said she had nothing to do with my app. My response was I know this. Then billing said I shouldn't call insurance and call her instead, while insurance was on phone. It was my insurance that called her not me. Last I checked I have every right ... read more
