My son has been following with Dr. Jung more than 5 years. Dr. Jung is a good and responsible doctor. The staff is amazing and whatever the patient request, they will follow up and work on it.
Our four kids have been seeing Dr. Jung since they were born. The kids feel very comfortable seeing her. Dr. Jung is a very knowledgeable and experienced doctor. We are grateful to have her as the primary care pediatrician. The staff are very friendly and caring. Every time we visit the office, it feels very comforting and welcoming. This is very important, especially when we bring a sick child to see her; we all feel that we’re well cared for.
戎医生的优点太多了，都不知道从哪里说起。但是这么好的医生一定要说一说。 首先 她对诊所的管理，井井有条。是我在纽约华人医生这里少见的。 1. 前台和护士的态度都很好，做事认真。预约好去，等待时间都没有太久的。 2. 诊所环境也好。干净整洁不在话下。最重要的是，戎医生还非常贴心的在各个角落给小朋友准备了很多玩具。我家小宝每次都玩得不亦乐乎。 当然，最重要的是，医生的技术非常好。之前在其他医生那里打针，打针前医生都要让妈妈这样抱，那样扶。各种针放在面前做准备。还没打，小朋友都吓哭了。戎医生真的又快又准，我们都还没反应过来，针都打完了。以前发烧，感冒小朋友都不肯看医生，现在说看戎医生，他走得可快了。因为看完医生还有糖。 戎医生也非常有爱心，给我们家大宝（特殊儿童）很多帮助和见意。 总之戎医生是一个医术好，有爱心，并且非常直爽，好沟通的医生。
Absolutely a 5-star pediatric practice. The front desk staff is always warm, patient, and on top of everything. Dr. Jung is fantastic: she listens, explains things clearly, never rushes us. One thing that Dr. Jung may differ from other doctors is that she is very straightforward with her professional opinions as opposed to saying what parents may be more inclined to hear.
