I am a new patient and I was very much encouraged by her demeanor. She only wanted what was best for me and thought I didn't take all her recommendations, she respected my wishes. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. All of my questions were asked and answered. All the information was appreciated by me. The wait time for service was very minimal. That is one of the reasons I left my old doctor. Their staff is very friendly, considerate and professional.

After relocating to the area I tried several other primary care physicians before accidentally stumbling across Dr. Elrod. I wish I would have found her a year ago. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with. They all go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. They aren't just about going in when your sick they are about preventive medicine and getting to the root of the issue and fixing it before it becomes a real problem.

Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
