I went to the emergency room for a painful mass under my arm. Dr. Oliva looked at it, said it was a white head pimple and asked if I wanted pain meds. I declined and he left. He never came back in the room, but sent his resident. The resident did an exam and noticed the mass was the size of a golf ball. I was a patient @ PBGER 5/20/2021 and Dr. Oliva never layed hands on me for my c/o of abdominal pain. I advised my nurse twice he did not and he said I was mistaken. I was not. He became confrontational with me after I advised him of this and the worst part he advised me “I make the decisions “ as he wanted to admit me. All I wanted him to do was call “my” doctors who are following me for this. Refused to treat me for a wound that was over a month old and still bleeding/painful. Humiliated me and insulted me to the point where the nurses came in and apologized for his behavior while I was crying heavily. He gives Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center a bad reputation.
This guy is at Cleveland Clinic Weston ER and he is really rude. Run if he is your doctor.
