Dr Vella is an amazing Dr. He came in on consult for a rare bone infection in my skull. He listened to everything I said had been going on. He took me to the OR for deep debridement of the infection and to do a muscle flap. He listened carefully about my pain and when I was having a post op issue. It was corrected quickly and carefully. He's extremely compassionate and knowledgeable.
This guy won't give you the time of day or a shred of respect if you do manage to get an appointment. He lied to me and said he'd order a septal button for my perforation and never did nor did he call me back about it. His staff is condescending and won't speak to you about anything but scheduling matters, so if you have an issue like mine you're back on the waiting list for another appointment for the same original reason. Vella's lazy and won't help you. Don't waste your time.
Dr. Joseph Vella is clear, precise, and highly professional. He set realistic expectations about healing, which gave me real peace of mind throughout my rhinoplasty journey. I always felt confident in his expertise. His nurse assistant is also amazing, kind, responsive, and incredibly supportive. I’m very grateful for their care and highly recommend Dr. Vella.
After a car accident, it was suggested I see someone for my broken orbital bone. I made an appointment with Dr. Vella , since he was referred to by a family friend. Prior to the appointment, I was not instructed to bring anything but my discharged paperwork with me.
