I used Dr Terrana as my endocrinologist to treat subclinical hypothyroidism. I was subsequently overmedicated for this condition. Once I discovered this, after exhibiting symptoms of an overmedication, I called their office to try to schedule an in-person appointment. The staff told me Dr Terrana was only available for phone call consultations, to which I was charged for on one occasion. I went to Dr Terrana’s office for subclinical hypothyroidism. I was prescribed a higher dosage of medication over time. This resulted in a subsequent overmedication situation. I attempted to reach out to his office multiple times after experiencing textbook symptoms of this. The phone staff told me he was unable to see me in person. The best
Dr Terrana is one of my favorite Drs. I’ve been with him for years. He always makes me feel comfortable, takes the time to talk with me, answer my questions, give his thoughts. I never feel rushed and I never wait more than five minutes. I absolutely love his staff!!! Highly recommend
