I used Dr Terrana as my endocrinologist to treat subclinical hypothyroidism. I was subsequently overmedicated for this condition. Once I discovered this, after exhibiting symptoms of an overmedication, I called their office to try to schedule an in-person appointment. The staff told me Dr Terrana was only available for phone call consultations, to which I was charged for on one occasion. I went to Dr Terrana’s office for subclinical hypothyroidism. I was prescribed a higher dosage of medication over time. This resulted in a subsequent overmedication situation. I attempted to reach out to his office multiple times after experiencing textbook symptoms of this. The phone staff told me he was unable to see me in person. I had several phone conversations with him regarding this event. He never insisted I come in for an in-office visit. I have since been using another endocrinologist.
