Joe Spades has always been professional and polite and caring. I’ve been seeing him for many years. I would travel many miles to make sure he is the one I trust with tools in my mouth.
I have had great experiences with Dr Spades. He keeps you as comfortable as possible and even gives you after hours contact if I need anything, may have to keave message on regular number. The front desk are his employees so tell him if you have a complaint about them. I have used other dentist and had bad experiences but with Dr Spades he does great work and it lasts. He goes extra mile to make you feel comfortable.
Very bad experience with rude unorganized front office staff. Blaming referring DDS, of not sending a $115 xray over. Saying they needed it for treatment. Contacting my referring DDS office it was sent over. Then blaming me for letting them take duplicate xray. Why didn't I stop them Like I knew they were doing a exact same xrsy done the week before.
