Rude, uncaring and unprofessional staff: “We don’t work for free.” Gives misleading and incorrect info. on serious medical issues. He and his staff should be ashamed of themselves.

My experience with Dr. Shalit was excellent. Great bedside manner, to the point when explaining the situation at hand, and takes the time to listen to any questions or concerns you have. And his wife the receptionist is a very hard worker and gets everything in order and takes care of writing prescriptions, and even tells you where the lowest prices are. I am 100% satisfied with Dr. Shalit.

Extremely patient and has good bedside manner. Spent a lot of time listening to me and helping me understand my health problems and how he planned to resolve them. Mrs. Shalit, his wife, runs the front desk. She is energetic, friendly, and can do it all! She scheduled my follow-ups, called in my meds, helped me get referrals and arrange tests. She is like a machine, and is constantly smiling and laughing and making you feel at home! I would absolutely recommend Dr. Shalit!!!!

After sitting for nearly an hour on extreme pain waiting for receptionist to verify my insurance, I was told I would have to pay at least $150.00 up front to cover my bill in case my insurance did not. She was not capable of navigating the Aetna directory to determine my coverage. She refused my credit card because we can't scan cards we only take cash, no checks. I don't carry that kind of cash on me and she could have informed of such when I made the appointment. I left. Don't go there!!!
