I called to schedule an appointment in order to renew a prescription which needed a yearly doctor visit. The receptionist called me back and very rudely told me that they don't want me as a patient anymore. Simply because I did not follow up with a specialist the Dr. recommended. I was quite shocked over the phone and didn't know what she was talking about. Well, fact is, I did go to a specialist and everything was fine. I am so impressed with Dr. Joe. He is a true advocate for his patients. His compassion, empathy and bedside manner is way beyond any expectation I had held for any doctor. I was amazed when I emailed him after hours, not only did he immediately email me back but he resolved my concerns immediately. I honestly couldn't ask for more. Thank you.
