Worst experience ever. I was a patient a few years ago. At the time he “fixed a cavity” that probably did not even need fixing. There was just so little communication that I felt unease afterwards. It became difficult to floss on that side. I decided to switch dentist and was much happier afterwards. Recently my dentist re-did that filling as it started to change color. The best dentist in New York City. Dr. Salim is very experienced and always makes you feel comfortable before any procedure. Sutton Place Dental is very clean and they have the most advanced dental equipments. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I recently switched to Dr. Salim, and was surprised to find out that I had three cavities since I hadn't had a cavity since childhood and regularly see a dentist. It was going to cost $900 (yes, $900) post-insurance to get the three cavities filled, so I decided to see another dentist for a second opinion. Turns out I do not have any cavities. I HIGHLY recommend getting a second opinion if this is your primary dentist.
Dr. Salim and his staff were extremely professional, courteous, diligent, and kind. I cannot recommend Dr. Salim and his office (Sutton PDA) enough!
