Dr. Sachs is been my dentist since moving to New York. He has been very patient and kind as I have worked through mouth issues over the past 20 years. He is professional and his work is spectacular. Also, Dr. Cruz is spectacular and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Elitist dentist told me my insurance wouldn’t cover my procedure, I went to another practice and it’s been fully covered.
Front desk staff is rude and then they don’t do their job, you have to work around their mistakes. Like not sending an email that they will need records from your previous dentist but only being told this 24 hours before your appointment because they forgot to send it when you set the appointment months ago. Three of the four times I went I was seen by a different dentist, so you never know what you will get here.
