Dr. Stern is very knowledgeable and the orthotics are working great so far. My foot pain has nearly disappeared. My only complaint is that the office isn’t very efficient. I’ve been made to wait almost an hour for every appointment, which has been a real hassle, as I live quite far from the downtown location.
A year ago, I visited this clinic for a peeling sole problem. They informed me that a different doctor would examine me, to which I agreed. However, the doctor barely looked at my foot from a distance, without any thorough examination, and recommended using La Roche cream over the counter and wearing wool socks. The entire appointment lasted less than five minutes. I’m glad my insurance covered the over $150 bill for this brief and unhelpful visit. The doctor is nice person, but after 2 visits I had the exact same issue in my feet, he asked me to buy better shoe, but store insole, and other stuff that everyone if fully aware of . No professional advise or action.. it was such a ripoff
