My dad is in excruciating neck pain and scheduled to see Dr. Platon in 8 days from now. I searched online for places that would be able to see him sooner with no luck. I called the office and spoke with Lisa who was very helpful and kind. She showed a level of care that was beyond the typical guidelines of her position. Now my dad has an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10:45am. It is such a relief and the joy in my dad's voice when I informed him of his new appointment was priceless.
