The dental chair had poor support. The backrest dipped, and the headrest didn't hold my head properly, leaving it hanging back. Even after adjustments, it remained uncomfortable, and I started to feel back pain. The photos posted by the office themselves clearly show the headrest issue. This place is a dental sweatshop. The minute I walked in I was shocked by the lack of maintenance and upkeep of the reception. I wish I listened to my gut instinct to leave. I was led down some very steep stairs - be careful if you are elderly and have mobility issues. The place is teeming with staff chatting, but no one is available to greet the patient or explain what is going on. I had a dental cleaning, it was rough and uncomfortable.
