Dr Mazza is the best, and the secretary Karen is just a peach. However, the general office staff leaves much to be desired. I called on Friday after being seen at a walk-in urgent care from work the evening before. I was sent to his "secretary" who was not available. I left a clear and detailed message about my serious diagnosis and asked to speak to Dr Mazza. I didn't get a call back until after the weekend and after I left a second message. Visits and each employee I dealt with was nice personable and respectful. My only complaint honestly is your timing. I’ve now had 4 appointments all first thing in the morning almost each one was 45 min plus late. I understand things happen and cause delays but maybe you should either not book as heavily or give calls that your running late so people are aware and not just waiting because people have things to do we are taking time out of work to ensure our health but when your almost an hour late that could be pushing peopl... read more
