It has come to our attention this morning that my mother-in-law has not been dressed for her occupational therapy, even though the house supervisor had been called in earlier this morning. She now has five minutes before her occupational therapy and will have to get dressed, which decreases her therapy time We would like a call from someone besides the house supervisor or the case manager. If I could give it zero stars I would but I have to give at least one. My father was a pt there and I got him moved after 3 days. They are not attentive, not clean, and don't care about the pts well being AT all. They didn't even notice when my father tried to wheel himself out of the facility (with a brain injury so it wasn't a quick or easy process for him) I found him at the door the staff had NO clue he wasn't in his room.
