Instead of compassionate treatment we was bombarded with lecture of how they don't prescribe narcotics. Guess because I was there with someone who's chief complaint was horrible nueropathay pain, and we just wanted answers. Hypocritic oath doesn't exist anymore for Dr Owens, he's isn't fit to take your dog to for a diagnosis.
