Dr Onyia is a very nice, professional, knowledgeable, friendly doctor. He ascertained my problem quickly and had the solution. My nervousness about the procedure was unfounded.

In reality, I dont want to give any star to this doctor (Google forced me to give one star to post this review) because this was the worst experience I have ever had. This is my first visit, and I was a little late (10-15 minutes) due to traffic and the PRES parking issues. I was running, gasping, and stopped at the receptionist to check in, and she stated that it's too late for this appointment (no one was there, I assume). I have been waiting for this appointment for the last 4 months, and the next one will be with him in ... read more

I’ll bet Dr. Joseph is a good Dr But the process to get to him is horrid. I scheduled an appointment almost 6 months ago. I get there 10 minutes late and the lady in the front wouldn’t allow me in. it took forever to find the place. The lady in front would not let me see the doctor. I was so disappointed after waiting so long that she said I can reschedule you but it will be another six months.

Asked about my tinnitus which is now severe enough to make understanding normal speech difficult. "Learn to live with it." When asked about hearing aids, "If you can't afford them, look at hearing amplifiers online." This was a waste of not only my time, but a substantial copay for the "Specialist" referral. Never again. (I'd like to mention I'm not a chronically u... read more

My experiences with Dr. Oniya have been wonderful. Dr. Oniya performed surgery on one of my vocal cords & went out of his way to call me more than once , pre-op , to assuage my concerns & explain everything to me . Post-op & in subsequent check ups , I’ve found him to be friendly , pleasant, thorough , and engaging . He’s a wonderful doctor , and I’ve come to trust him impeccably & value all his wisdom & input .
