I would recommend Dr. Montes Jr to anyone. He listens patiently to your medical symptoms and complaints then he makes his diagnosis, he was on time for his appointment his staff is friendly
I love the Incompetence and irresponsibility of the staff and the name behind this doctor he should not be practicing medicine in Houston or any other state And please everyone be careful when they promise a 1 to 2 day return on a covid test I have been waiting for a week now and they will not answer a phone call or return my calls.
Terrible service!! ALWAYS RESCHEDULES never punctual!! Gets mad when you speak the truth and loves name calling such a professional individual
I would recommend Dr Montes to anyone. He is a kind and well mannered person. He listens to your concerns as a patient and does his best to help you BUT THE STAFF THAT IS NOW TAKING CARE OF THE APPOINTMENTS AND OFFICE IS RUDE AND TREATS PATIENTS VERY BAD. Poor manners! Until TODAY I was his patient and not his fault but the “nurses” that run the place like its their personal room. I will miss him! ??????
A very bad man avoid him. My wife couldn't make an appointment because she passed away the good doctor issued a bill for her not making an appointment then proceeded to put it my credit report. Stay away from this place. This happened quite some time ago it has taken me a long time to write this review of him after my wife died.
