My wife has been waiting for a callback for almost seven weeks after a jaw replacement. She has called multiple times and even tried using the gateway; it shows they see the message, but there's no callback. We are hoping to get the braces taken off, but it's almost like he doesn't exist anymore. How can you go over a month without returning a phone call to a patient with a jaw replacement The surgery was amazing but after the surgery has been embarrassing bad.

Dr. McCain and his team were excellent; the surgery was a success. A copy of my procedure: Procedure Findings: articular disc slightly deformed but in reasonable anatomical position, synovitis of posterior and anterior pouches, retrodiscal contracture completed with laser and arthrocare, PRF injection performed. However, unfortunately, I still felt some pain and tinnitus. After much research into my problem, I found Dr. Marcelo Matos in Salvador, Brazil. Dr. McCain operated on me twice. This was in 2012 and 2014 in the Kendall office. Dr. McCain is the best surgeon out there. Every time I eat Pizza, I think of him because eating ordinary food was made possible by him. Love him dearly.

I am very please with all the staff and dr mccain is so caring and makes us feel welcomed my reason for the low. Stars is because the way one person in office spoke to me so rudely and made my daughter cry.
