This review addresses my recent interaction with a front office staff, Samantha, during an initial call to schedule an appointment. I contacted the office requesting an urgent follow-up appointment after a recent emergency room visit for tachycardia and fever. Despite explaining the circumstances, Samantha informed me that new patients face a four-week waiting period. I will not go to any other doctor. He listens and addresses all the issues.
It’s been many years since Dr. Lavi was my primary care physician. He was ALWAYS professional and genuinely cared for my well being. I’m extremely grateful for his care and that of his office staff. He was there for me and my family at a point that we needed someone like him. I can’t possibly find the words to sum it up. I’m happy to see he is still practicing in Valencia.
