Great doctors terrible office staff!
I have been going to Dr Jeu for 20 years. I have never seen the office atmosphere so dismal, disconnected and uncaring. They have lost touch with who the customer is and any financial burdens they may be putting on that person. 20 minutes late for appointments has become the norm and a total lack of dedication to people that have supported them for decades. I actually walked into the office in a great mood and left so fired up I needed to post this.
My family doctor for 20+ years. Convinced me to stop smoking. Diagnosed a vexing physical issue that other doctors overlooked. He’s highly experienced and he cares about his patients.
