I used to be a patient, as well as my family members, when Mary was the PA and then Heather. Both of these women were outstanding health care providers. Now that they have left Dr. Guarino's practice, the level of customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Most times, I wonder if he is actually still practicing. It is difficult to get an appointment, difficult to get in touch with him, and overall just inconvenient.
