Visited the Arlington office and had such a pleasant experience (for having to have dental work done ). The front desk ladies were helpful and kind and Dr. Arzadon was knowledgeable and soothed my nerves. I know where I'll be going if I need to have any major dental work done.

Dr. Arzadon extracted 5 of my teeth at the end of November 2020, and told me that he will do implant for me in two weeks. When I visited him after two weeks, he told me he couldn't do it and suggested to do it in January 2021. However, he asked me to re-visit him again in another two weeks. When I visited him the 3rd time at the end of December 2020, he told me I am not qualified to do the implant because of gum disease. I absolutely love this practice! Maria is by far the nicest person I have ever met. She makes scheduling and checkouts a breeze! Then there is Jackie, I adore her! Highly recommend her for any of your spa needs. Dr. Arzadon is the most organized and professional oral surgeon I have ever met. He is very honest and will not do unnecessary treatment. He makes you feel very at ease when in his chair. His clinical staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable!

I just had a tooth removed and after a complication 2 days later causing horrific pain, the doctor refused to respond or talk to me and told his staff to tell me he was out of town and I could make an appointment when he’s back (3 days later!). Unbelievably horrible service like I’ve never experienced in my life. Now I’ll have to pay additional for an urgent care visit if I want to be treated appropriately.
