While the medical care at Dr. Long’s office was adequate, the experience has been tainted by their poor financial management. We paid for the procedure upfront with the clear understanding that we would be refunded once our secondary insurance paid. Dr. Long did a great job on my mom's gum surgery and was very fair when it came to the expense of her surgery. It would be nice if more doctors were as fair as him.

Im impressed. Dr Long and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I'm a nervous patient. Like many folks dental procedures are stressful for me. Dr. Long was patient and kind. The extraction was a breeze and I had no pain afterwards. I highly recommend Dr Long.

The staff and Dr long were respectful and professional at all times. I would recommend them for all oral surgery needed.
