We have recommend Dr. Pflum to many of our friends and family. I cannot praise him enough. He is an excellent diagnostician and a great listener. He has been our family’s doctor for many years.
Dr. Pflum is a wonderful, caring, nice and experience doctor. Dr. Pflum makes It easy being a patient he explains to me as a patient in the way I can understand he also take time with his patients and make them feel welcome and not like their just another number. I would say Dr. Pflum is the one of the best Dr. In the world.
I was a patient for over two years, and while I believe in "alternative medicine," my monthly checkups were always dismissive, minimizing, and accusatory. He is arrogant, and narcissistic. He is NOT a partner with you in your healthcare. He listens to respond, he does not listen to understand. His practice is a business, not an authentic place to receive healthcare. Expect every excuse to be made for "necessary monthly checkups," so he can give you the adequate healthcare only he can provide.
Dr. Pflum has been my practitioner since I was a child, and he has always been attentive and helpful. Even to this day (as I am now living out of state and haven't secured a new primary doctor) he is very responsive to any questions or requests that I have. I am always amazed at how hard he works and how much he cares about his patients! I highly recommend him and his nurse practitioner (who is also super sweet and always kind!)
