My primary care referred me here for a surgical appointment. Office staff refused me an appt. Because they never heard of what my issue was. PEGGY called me back and said she was office nurse and said she didn’t like how I talked to her secretary, I was advocating for my health . And, secretary had no medical experience to refuse me an appt if my dr felt it was needed. It’s sad because Dr is probably excellent but staff is horrible.
Explained everything. Has a tremendous personality. I would recommend to anyone. My family Loves him. Very cheery and upbeat !!! PLEASE keep working Dr Delserra. You are truly a life saver. The Best to you and your family.
Office Manager, PEGGY, is rude, unprofessional, and should absolutely not be dealing with patients. She totally messed up my husband's appt date and time and instead of taking responsibility and trying to fix it, she said to find another doctor... all this after my husband waited a month for an appt. Very poorly run office and I would not recommend. I feel sorry for anyone having to deal with a dishonest office manager such as PEGGY!!!
I am very grateful to have had this doctor, for the removal of a bad thyroid and goiter. Every thing was explained in plain and simple manner and I knew what and why it was being done. Amazing surgeon with great bedside manner. He takes the time to explain everything in detail and has a genuine caring personality.
I have know this person since he was in medical school and his former partner Doctor Mackrell( God bless him) I trust him literally with my life. He is extremely brilliant and a great surgeon.
