Dr. Boyer performed a Thymectomy on me. He's an excellent surgeon and the surgery went very well, but afterwards he could not have cared less about my recovery. I called his office no less than 5 times in 3 days begging for help and in pain and he did NOTHING. If you're looking for someone to perform great thoracic surgery, here's your guy, but he makes it VERY clear that you're not his problem anymore the moment you're discharged.
This man did all he could without going the easy route. He will go that extra mile, so to speak. I didnt get to see him much, but my parents did. Hes very persistant and knowledgeable in his trade, and very skilled as well. For what i know and heard, hes top ranked among his field.
I have seen Dr. Boyer twice - heart surgery & lung surgery. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all questions & concerns. He made me feel comfortable with the prognosis.
