This doctor is a QUACK. I was dropped as a patient because I refused to pay a $50.00 no show fee for an appointment I canceled within two days notice. I asked why I was dropped and it was due to “fees unpaid”… aka the mistake THEY made. When I asked to speak to the doctor, he refused. He also favors policemen and firefighters and will take them before you even if your appointment is before theirs. DO NOT RECOMMEND this doctor!!!
If you have a lot of free time and low expectations, this office might work for you. The wait is always long. Always. Last time I waited almost an hour just to have test results read. Eventually I gave up, told the front desk to call me with the results, and left. No one ever called. Not that day. Not the next. Just… never. I have been a patient of Dr. Girgis since day 1. All I can say is Dr. Girgis and his staff are amazing. On my visit yesterday, I was welcomed by the front staff and they were very honest about the wait time. I waited because I needed the appointment. It really didn't take that long before I was brought back and then seen by Dr. T! Dr T was amazing! Ladies, please be careful out there. About three months ago, I went to Dr.Girgis who put me on testosterone shots and progesterone. A month later, I told him I thought my clitoris was getting bigger—he dismissed me, saying it was “impossible” and that I was probably just more aroused.
