Dear Dr Lewis, I attended a wedding on Saturday that has me recalling my O'riordan lifetime. It's been 20 yrs and I'm still most grateful for the exceptional care you provided during my husband's chronic and eventual terminal illness. Saying "thank you" still seems inadequate.
